friendship poems

A poem dedicated to your mother this Mother's Day will be the most flattering gift that you could present to her. Spiritual poetry then, is more about enlightenment than belief.

There are some key elements in composing and developing the poetic form. The first thing we think of is of Juliet leaning over the the balcony of her palace listening to Romeo, trying to seduce her to accept his love. Sometime you find yourself not saying anything at all and that can be even worse than saying the wrong thing.

Not only that, a love poem is written by a person who is immersed in love and imagines that his world revolves around that special person only. A poem because it comes from the heart, is a fitting tribute to the dead and the living to be remembered in time. A poem for the deceased that prompts that thought is invaluable after a loved one has died.

It draws out our emotions, or can and should, and should be of the best man has in his mind and heart to offer. Many families and friends choose to write their own poems or essays about the deceased to have read at memorial services or posted on online memorial sites.
