poems

One of the best ways to ride out your relationships is to let your feelings out. Many authors and poets have been inspired by the emotional celebration of Father's Day to write and create poems about it.

Write some wonderful lines in verse in a mother's day greeting card and attach it to her equally well chosen gift. Many Father's Day poems are available online. Memorial poems are becoming more and more popular to remember a deceased friend some time later after losing a loved one.

Read other peoples love poems for inspiration and ideas, but remember, don't copy, the idea is to find your own angle on your relationship. Many sites not only have classic love poems archived, but also make efforts to have a collection of contemporary love poems by inviting amateur poets to contribute. If you are gifted with the blessing and talent of writing poetry for the dead, share it.

These steps will get you started in writing poetry. It can be framed, written in a card, spoken over the phone, recited one to one or even emailed if time is not on your side.
