poems bereavement

If truth be told, the beauty of the older generations' romantic poetry can perhaps never be recreated again. While your loved one was alive you never needed to dig down deep to explain to people just what they were like.

The right anniversary poem does not need to be about an anniversary. How will the lines of your poem rhyme within a stanza. A personal approach helps, try to use your loved ones name.

The poet usually describes his lover as a Goddess or an angel. If required, have a friend or family member stand by your side for support. Only time heals grief but in the mean while if there are words of comfort sometimes they help the grieving people by giving them a different perspective of the unfortunate event.

Whatever you want to write it is basically up to you. If you are using any special words with each other, try to use those in your love poems.
